Study on the Traffic flow of Intelligent Network

Abstract
The Study in this thesis concentrates on the traffic flow loading and network management system of Service Switch Point (SSP). The Busy Hour Call Traffic is estimated from the signaling points monitoring system. In order to find congestion network, the offered traffic of the overloading equipment and normal equipment are calculated. The offered traffic and the circuits opening are forecasted based on the regression technique. The numbers of trunks on high usage route are calculated using Erlang Loss Formula. Using this forecasting technique, when a new service is introduced, equipments with least cost can be chosen.
